The Mission of Mike Wright's Golf Pilates will assist you, the golfer, in game improvement and lower scores while staying more pain free and injury free. Our program will add longevity to your game and allow you to have more fun playing the game you love-GOLF!

Our “client centered” approach is focused on the individual. Every body is unique and the Pilates program must be tailored to the individual client. This is why your first session involves a comprehensive evaluation to determine your goals and needs. Based on this information a customized routine is developed by our highly skilled instructors whose primary concern is YOU and your body. This produces results that are real and measurable in the quickest amount of time possible.

Our mission is to deliver the highest quality of instruction and personalized instruction for each and every client regardless of age, fitness levels or prior workout experience. This is achieved in an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment where true progress is obtained in each session.
